Shipping
All orders have free shipping in the Continental US. While many items will ship via FedEx, some items will ship via UPS or USPS Ground Advantage.
Most orders ship the same business day when you place your order before 4pm Mountain Time.
Please call us at 1-855-509-8817 during business hours (M-F 9am - 4pm MT) if you need your item shipped faster.
Every order will have tracking supplied to you via email after the order ships.
Returns
All of our products have a 90 day SaveCentral warranty.
You may return you item within 30 days.
For defective returns, please contact us for an RMA number and prepaid return label.
For non-defective returns, please contact us for an RMA number, but you are expected to ship the item back to us at your own expense. Please insure the shipment or accept the risk if the product is lost or damaged in shipment. Please note that for non-defective returns, you will be charged a restock fee as we have to inspect process the item upon return.
If you return a product, it needs to be in the original or equivalent packaging that was shipped to you, include all components and accessories as applicable. Product that is returned that contains a tampered, damaged, incomplete or missing serial number will not be accepted for return. WE VERIFY ALL SERIAL NUMBERS AGAINST OUR INVOICE AND SHIP RECORDS.
In the event that a product received by the customer is defective and the product has been removed from the country after delivery within the USA, the customer must return the product to the ship-to address listed on the invoice, and then we will provide a shipping return label for the return to SaveCentral. We will not be responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees related to this return. Taking a product permanently out of the USA may void the warranty.
